PLEASE READ THIS TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY.
BY ATTENDING AND USING OUR EQUIPMENT, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS IN THIS TOS.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS TOS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OUR UNIT OR USE OUR EQUIPMENT.
VR Zone ltd prides itself on offering an all-round, family entertainment experience.
We receive visits from everyone, especially children, so please behave appropriately and considerately at all times.
We want VR Zone to have a safe feel, so we would ask you to please remove your hoods and caps as you enter. You will be asked to remove hoods and caps before you are served.
Equipment is suitable for anyone aged 8 years or older.
Anyone under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
All users/players must adhere to users minimum age equipment guidelines.
Damage and Safety
The Vive Pro are very sturdy and quite robust, to damage our equipment will take quite some force. We take vandalism seriously and VR ZONE will require damages to be paid for otherwise we will have no option but to prosecute accordingly.
We ask Gamers to respect the equipment and rules at all times as this will have a knock on effect on the service we can provide.
Staff are there to help for the safety of the players and if instructions are not being followed and is seen as affecting the safety of the players and integrity of the equipment, staff will have no option but to stop the session.
Each user and/or their adult guardian is responsible for following the safety guidelines provided at the beginning of the session.
Always use the wrist straps while playing your game.
All visitors and players acknowledge that, although they are very rare, some may experience dizziness and nausea caused by the motion and visuals during the experience.
All payments are processed in advance of the session start time.
No refunds will be issued if you are late or miss your allocated time slot.
Bookings can be amended or cancelled no later than 24hours prior to your sessions start time.
No food or drink allowed in the play/experience area or near any of the equipment.
Seating is provided, drinks (hot and cold) can be purchased in house, we do not mind if you bring your own food and drink, but you must leave area clean and tidy for other customers.
Spectators are not permitted to physically interact with equipment and/or users/players or step into the pods.
We provide waste bins for your rubbish, please use and refrain from littering outside the Unit.
Please comply with our non-smoking policy. The use of e-cigarettes is also not permitted in our unit.
Anyone who is considered to be intimidating or aggressive to our customers or team members will be asked to leave immediately and will be refused future admission, if you refuse to leave the premises we will call the authorities and provide them with CCTV footage.
We kindly ask that you DON’T:
– Jump whilst using or wearing any equipment.
- please do not overreach whilst in game.
- Change games while playing - each game has to be set for user by management.
- Take off VIVE headsets without assistance.
– Leave the immediate play/pod area whilst wearing a head mounted device.
The optimal VR experience requires users to move their head and neck, and have use of at least one hand to interact with the environment.
VR Zone are also very pleased to say we can provide wheelchair access.
Be sure to consult your doctor before visiting us if you have pre-existing serious medical conditions (such as a heart ailment), conditions that affect your ability to safely perform physical activities, psychiatric conditions (such as anxiety disorders or post-traumatic stress disorder and epilepsy). When in doubt, please do not hesitate to ask a member of our staff and we will help you choose an experience according to your needs.
